- Time Window: Returns must be initiated within 1 hour of delivery.
- Conditions: Only accepted for damaged or defective items. The items must be unused and remain in their original packaging.
- Requirement: You may need to provide proof of damage (a photo or video) to get the return approved.

- Time Window: You can cancel a booked service slot within 2 hours of booking.
- Rule: If you cancel after this 2-hour window has passed, no refund is applicable.
โ ๏ธ Cancellations made after the 2-hour window will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the reason.
๐ณ Refund Policy
- Processing: Once a refund is approved, the refund is processed within 3โ5 business days.
- Payout Timeline: After processing, it takes 7โ10 business days for the funds to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the bank.
โ ๏ธ Shipping charges are completely non-refundable.
๐ณ Refunds are credited to the original payment method only (UPI, card, net banking). We do not offer cash refunds or transfers to a different account.
